The conference is open to all animal behaviour students around the world. Even if you are in between studies or interested in the topic but not currently working on it you are still welcome to attend.

How can I apply for a fee full/partial waiver?

You can see all the information regarding the fee waivers here

Is there any financial support to cover for the travel costs?

We are working hard to offer support to all the students that need it. However, as a volunteer student committee with no institutional support, we have limited funds. However, we do offer some travel grants that can cover full or partial travel costs. You can see all the information regarding the travel grants and how to apply here

Can I attend virtually?

Although we would love to meet you all in person we understand a trip to Mexico might not be feasible due to commitments of financial requirements. Therefore we will live-stream all the talks at the conference, offer online-only content and provide opportunities for online networking!
